The recommended dosage for Epistane is typically between 20mg and 40mg per day, divided into two equal doses. MOST IMPORTANTLY the joint drying from epistane isn’t entirely related to low E2. SERM - Torem, Ralox, Nolvadex etc. Strength: my strength sky rocketed. The dosage is split into several 10mg doses throughout the day every 6 hours due to the short half-life. Similar and not quite as strong, but I’m sure there’s plenty of guys that may like Epistane better. It is suppressive. I was originally planning on pulsing the epistane, but I think I will just take it everyday (I don't think pulsing it would do much).
